Harley Farms Project, Pescadero
This five-acre landscape is currently being developed in phases, with initial efforts focused along the perimeter to establish structure and define the site. Planting emphasizes native and drought-tolerant species suited to the regional climate. Soils have been enriched with on-site, goat-derived compost to improve fertility and structure, and a comprehensive irrigation system has been installed to support plant establishment. To date, approximately 500 plants have been installed and mulched to promote moisture retention and long-term soil health.
